Яблоки, запеченные с творогом и гранатами

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- ганат 1 шт
- творог 400г
- сахар 4 ст. л.
- яблоки крупные 4шт
Приготовление:
- Гранат аккуратно очистить от кожуры и вынуть зерна.
- Творог растереть с сахаром и перемешать с зернами граната.
- Яблоки вымыть, срезать верхушку и аккуратно вынуть сердцевину и часть мякоти, оставив по краям примерно 1 см.
- Наполнить яблоки получившейся начинкой, накрыть срезанными верхушками и запечь в микроволновой печи, 4 мин.
