Холодная рыбная лазанья

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- лазанья полоски – 8 шт.
- лосось консервированный – 450 г
- икра лососевая – 120 г
- сыр адыгейский и твердый – по 200 г
- майонез – 200 г
- эстрагон – 1 ст. ложка
- зелень укропа – 1 ст. ложка
- зелень петрушки – для оформления
лосось копченый для оформления
Приготовление:
Отварить лазанью в большом количестве подсоленной воды, промыть холодной водой.
Сыр измельчить, перемешать, добавить зелень, майонез (часть оставить для оформления), массу взбить. Лосося размять.
Форму накрыть пленкой так, чтобы 10 см пленки выступало за ее края. В форму уложить слоями лазанью, сырную смесь, лосося, икру. Чередовать слои несколько раз, сверху положить лазанью. Накрыть пленкой и хорошо охладить.
Перед подачей извлечь из формы, снять пленку. Украсить сеточкой из майонеза, розочками из копченого лосося и зеленью.
