Волованы с лососем

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- тесто слоеное – 500 г
- яичный желток – для смазывания
- зелень – для оформления
- перец красный молотый
- мускатный орех
- яйцо – 2 шт.
- соус хрен с уксусом
- лосось консервированный – 1 банка
Приготовление:
Слоеное тесто раскатайте толщиной 0,5 см.
Круглой выемкой вырежьте лепешки диаметром 4–6 см. Половину лепешек уложите на лист, смоченный водой, смажьте желтком, отступив на 0,2 см от края. У другой половины вырежьте середину выемкой меньшего диаметра и уложите кольца на лепешки так, чтобы края их совпали. Смажьте поверхность волованов желтком, аналогично первому разу.
Выпекайте 25–30 минут при 250 °С. Охладите.
Для начинки разотрите лосося, добавьте красный перец, тертый мускатный орех, рубленые вареные яйца и 2 столовые ложки готового соуса хрен с уксусом.
Выложите начинку горкой в волованы, оформите веточками зелени.
