Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- свекла – 2 шт.
- картофель – 2 шт.
- морковь – 2 шт.
- горошек зеленый – 100 г
- яблоки – 2 шт.
- апельсины – 1 шт.
- орехи грецкие – 100 г
- сахар
- соль
- сок лимонный
- груши – 2 шт.
Приготовление:
- Свеклу, картофель и морковь отваривают, охлаждают и очищают от кожицы.
- Картофель, свеклу, морковь и огурцы нарезают кубиками.
- Яблоки и груши очищают от кожицы и сердцевины, нарезают кубиками и сбрызгивают лимонным соком.
- Соединяют подготовленные продукты, добавляют процеженный от жидкости горошек, соль, майонез, сахар, перемешивают.
- Готовый салат оформляют дольками апельсина и посыпают измельченными и поджаренными орехами.

Время приготовления: 35 мин.
