Вареники с вишней жареные

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мука пшеничная на подсыпку – 80 г
- яйцо – 1 шт.
- вода – 2-3 ст. ложки
- соль
- сахар – 4 ст. ложки
- вишня без косточек – 400 г
- крахмал – 1 чайная ложка
- сахарная пудра
- мед или фруктовый соус
- масло растительное для фритюра – 500 г
Приготовление:
Из муки, яйца, воды, соли и сахара замесите крутое тесто. Заверните в фольгу и выдержите 30 минут.
Для начинки вишню смешайте с сахаром и крахмалом.
Тесто раскатайте очень тонко, разрежьте на квадраты 4х4 см. На середину положите начинку и соберите вместе углы над ней, затем слегка поверните и плотно сожмите их.
Жарьте вареники на разогретом масле до золотистой корочки.
Подавайте, посыпав сахарной пудрой, с медом или фруктовым соусом.
