Вареники с сыром


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • пельменное тесто – 400 г.

Для начинки:

  • сыр сулугуни – 300 г.
  • масло сливочное – 2 ст. ложки
  • соль
  • чабер сушенный – 1 ч. ложка

Приготовление:

Сыр разомните или натрите, добавьте растопленное масло, чабер, соль и перемешайте. Тесто тонко раскатайте, вырежьте кружки диаметром 4 см, положите на каждый по 1 ст. ложке начинки, края защипните. Отварите вареники в подсоленный воде 10-15 мин и подавайте со сливочным маслом посыпав рубленной зеленью.
