Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мука пшеничная – 3 стакана
- вода – 1 стакан
- масло растительное 2-3 ст. ложки и для начинки – 3 ст. ложки
- соль по вкусу
- капуста белокочанная – 300 г
- грибы – 150 г
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
Приготовление:
- Очищенные и промытые грибы отварите и нарежьте мелкими кубиками. Капусту порубите, обжарьте на части масла, смешайте с поджаренным рубленым луком, солью, грибами.
- Замесите тесто, тонко его раскатайте, вырежьте лепешки, в центр которых положите начинку, и защипните края.
- Отварите вареники в подсоленной воде и подавайте с растительным маслом.
