Вареники ленивые


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • творог – 500 г
  • мука пшеничная – 2 стакана
  • яйцо – 1 шт.
  • сахар – 2 ст. ложки
  • соль
  • масло
  • сметана

Приготовление:

- Творог протрите через сито, введите муку, яйца, сахар, соль и перемешайте до получения однородной массы.

- Массу раскатайте в пласт толщиной 10–12 мм и разрежьте на полоски шириной 25 мм, которые затем нарежьте на кусочки прямоугольной или треугольной формы.

- Вареники варите в подсоленной воде, пока они не всплывут. Подавайте с маслом, сметаной или сахаром.
