Тыквенные оладьи

мука рисовая – 1 стакан
тыква очищенная – 200 г
сахар – 1 ст. ложка
масло растительное – 4 ст. ложки
зелень петрушки
Способ приготовления блюда:
Тыкву нарезать ломтиками и сварить на водяной бане до готовности. Протереть через сито, добавить сахар, рисовую муку и перемешать до однородной массы. Полученное тесто скатать в длинный валик и нарезать на 20 одинаковых кусочков. Придать им округлую, слегка приплюснутую форму.
Обжарить оладьи в разогретом до 180 °С масле с обеих сторон до образования золотистой корочки.
При подаче оформить зеленью.
