Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- грибы белые или шампиньоны – 200 г
- масло сливочное – 2 ст. ложки
- вино белое – 2 ст. ложки
- сметана – 2 ст. ложки
- сыр – 40 г
- хлеб пшеничный – 4 ломтика
- зелень укропа
- соль
- перец черный молотый – по вкусу
Приготовление:
Грибы нарежьте ломтиками, обжарьте на сливочном масле в течение 5 минут. Влейте
вино и прогрейте на сильном огне 2 минуты, после чего уменьшите нагрев, посолите, добавьте сыр, сметану, поперчите и перемешайте.
Ломтики хлеба подсушите в духовке, смажьте сливочным маслом. Сверху положите грибную массу и оформите зеленью.
