Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- Ветчина 50 г
- Лук 1\2 шт.
- Салат несколько листьев
- Хлеб 4 ломтика
- Йогурт для заправки
- Помидоры 1 шт.
- Сыр 50 г
Приготовление:
- Помидоры нарезать кружочками, красный лук – кольцами. Хлеб с отрубями намазать обезжиренным йогуртом.
- Выкложить на ломтики сыр, потом листья салата. Затем помидоры и лук, нарезанные пластинками ветчину и сыр. Накрыть вторым ломтиком хлеба, тоже смазанным йогуртом.
