Торт “Тайные желания”

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- бисквитные коржи – 1 упаковка
- йогурт клубничный – 300 мл
- клубничный джем – 3 ст. л.
- сливки 30% – 300 мл
- желатин – 7 г
- клубника – 350 г
- сахар – 80 г
Приготовление:
- Желатин растворяем в 1 стакане горячей воды. Слегка охлаждаем.
- Взбиваем сливки в пену, отставляем.
- Смешиваем остывший желатин с йогуртом и сахаром, в самом конце добавляем взбитые сливки.
- Разводим 3 ст. ложки клубничного джема кипяченой водой до консистенции сиропа.
- Выкладываем разъемную форму пищевой пленкой, кладем бисквитный корж и пропитываем его сиропом.
- На бисквит выкладіваем желатиново-сливочный крем и разравниваем его, на креме раскладываем разрезанные пополам ягоды. Далее операцию повторяем со следующими коржами. Верх украшаем кремом и клубникой.
- Ставим торт на несколько часов в холодильник, чтобы бисквитики пропитались кремом, а желатин хорошо схватился.
