Свиные ножки с кислой капустой

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- свиные ножки – 4 шт.
- горошек зеленый мороженый – 375 г
- капуста кислая – 1 кг
- масло топленое – 2 ст. ложки
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
- ягоды можжевельника – несколько штук
- лавровый лист – 1 шт.
- майоран – 1 ч. ложка
- шампиньоны – 200 г
- соль
Приготовление:
- Горошек залейте кипятком, добавьте майоран, посолите и отварите до мягкости.
- Свиные ножки зачистите, промойте и варите до размягчения в небольшом количестве воды с луком, в конце варки положите лавровый лист и ягоды можжевельника.
- В жаровне растопите масло, положите капусту, свиные ножки, нарезанные ломтиками шампиньоны, закройте крышкой и тушите в духовке 30 минут.
- Отваренный горошек протрите через сито и прогрейте, помешивая.
- При подаче выложите на блюдо кислую капусту и свиные ножки, рядом уложите грибы и пюре из горошка.
