Свинина, тушенная в пиве


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • свинина мякоть – 300 г
  • сало свиное – 100 г
  • пиво – 2 стакана
  • соус белый основной – 2 стакана
  • морковь – 1 шт.

  • лук репчатый – 1 головка
  • мука пшеничная – 1 ч. ложка
  • бульон – 4 ст. ложки
  • лавровый лист
  • зелень укропа
  • зелень петрушки
  • соль – по вкусу

Приготовление:

- Из мякоти свинины нарежьте поперек волокон порционные куски, отбейте, посолите и запанируйте в муке.

- Обжарьте на части сала с обеих сторон, сложите в сотейник, добавьте нарезанные кубиками и пассерованные с оставшимся салом морковь и лук, лавровый лист и перец.

- Залейте бульоном, пивом и тушите, пока мясо не станет мягким.

- Влейте горячий белый соус и продолжайте тушить еще 15 минут.

- При подаче блюдо оформите зеленью.
