Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- сало свиное – 150 г
- мука пшеничная – 2 ст. ложки
- сметана – 1 стакан
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
- готовый мясной бульон или бульонные кубики (мясной бульон) – 1 шт.
Приготовление:
Нарежьте сало кубиками и обжарьте. Добавьте нарезанный соломкой репчатый лук, муку и пассеруйте 10 минут. Непрерывно помешивая, влейте приготовленный мясной бульон (так же можно использовать бульон приготовленный из бульонного кубика), добавьте сметану, соль и доведите до кипения.
