Солянка сборная на сковороде

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- говядина , вареная мякоть – 150 г
- сосиски – 100 г
- окорок – 50 г
- огурцы соленые – 3 шт.
- соус красный – 1 стакан
- сыр тертый – 1 ст. ложка
- сухари панировочные – 1 ч. ложка
- маргарин – 1 ст. ложка
- маслины – 75 г
- жир – 3 ст. ложки
- лимон – 75 г
- лук репчатый – 2 головки
- зелень петрушки
- капуста белокочанная тушеная – 800 г
Приготовление:
- Нарежьте мясо, мясопродукты, огурцы ломтиками и обжарьте.
- Обжаренные мясопродукты соедините с пассерованным луком, залейте красным соусом перемешайте и тушите 15 минут.
-На дно смазанной жиром сковороды выложите ровным слоем часть тушеной капусты, на нее горкой — мясные продукты с овощами и соусом сверху — оставшуюся капусту.
- Поверхность разровняйте, сверху посыпьте сыром с сухарями, сбрызните растопленным маргарином и запеките.
- При подаче на солянку положите кружочек лимона, зелень петрушки и маслины.
