Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- капуста квашеная (можно свежую) – 200 г
- огурец соленый – 1 шт.
- грибы маринованные – 50 г
- морковь – 1 шт.
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
- масло растительное – 1 ст. ложка
- томат-пюре – 1 ч. ложка
- сахар – 1 ч. ложка
- перец черный молотый, соль по вкусу
Приготовление:
- Капусту потушите с маслом. Добавьте нарезанные соломкой огурец, грибы, морковь, лук, заправьте сахаром, посолите, поперчите, введите томат-пюре и тушите овощи с грибами до готовности.
- Перед подачей солянку оформите маслинами и каперсами.
