Шоколадно-апельсиновые маффины

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- апельсин 1 шт
- мука 2 стакана
- разрыхлитель для теста 1 ч.л.
- сметана 1 стакан
- яйца 2 шт
- маргарин 50 г
- панировочные сухари
- сахар 1 стакан
- шоколадная плитка 1 шт
Приготовление:
1. Взбиваем яйца с сахаром, добавляем сметану.
2. Сверху высыпаем муку, в нее добавляем разрыхлитель для теста. Все перемешиваем. Тесто должно получиться довольно жидким.
3. Натираем на терке цедру апельсина. Режем шоколадную плитку небольшими кусочками. Добавляем в тесто.
4. Смазываем форму для маффинов маргарином, посыпаем панировочными сухарями или выкладываем пергаментом для выпечки.
5. Выпекаем кексы в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке около 30 минут.
