Шарики из яиц с ветчиной

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- ветчина – 300 г
- яйцо – 4 шт.
- мука пшеничная – 1 ч. ложка
- сухари панировочные – 3 ст. ложки
- масло растительное – 4 стакана
- соль – по вкусу
- листья зеленого салата
Приготовление:
Ветчину мелко порубите, яйца взбейте, все смешайте с мукой и панировочными сухарями, посолите.
Из приготовленной массы сформуйте шарики величиной с перепелиное яйцо и обжарьте во фритюре в течение 4–5 минут.
При подаче выложите на блюдо нарезанные листья салата, а сверху — шарики.
