Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • семга слабосоленой – 55 г филе
  • творог – 20 г
  • лимон – 40 г
  • блинчики – 2 шт

зелень петрушки – 5 г

  • зелень укропа – 5 г
  • маслины – 20 г
  • соль
  • Приготовление:

- Творог протрите, соедините с мелко рубленной зеленью укропа, посолите и перемешайте.

- Филе семги нарежьте ломтиками толщиной 2 мм.

- Одну сторону блина смажьте творожной начинкой, сверху положите ломтики семги и заверните рулетом.

- Поставьте в холодильник на 2 часа, а затем нарежьте под углом, выложите на блюдо и оформите зеленью петрушки, маслинами и лимоном.
