Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- вода – 700 г,
- мед – 250 г,
- сахар – 100 г,
- корица молотая – 1/2 ч. ложки,
- имбирь – 1/2 ч. ложки,
- кориандр – 1/2 ч. ложки,
- гвоздика – 1/2 ч. ложки.
Приготовление:
Вскипятите воду, когда немного остынет, растворите в ней мед и сахар, прокипятите 10-15 минут, снимая пену. Добавьте пряности, доведите до кипения, настаивайте под крышкой полчаса. Процедите полученный напиток и подавайте горячим с вареньем к блинам или оладьям. Можно добавить в сбитень вино, коньяк, заварку крепкого чая, цедру лимона или апельсина.
