Сангрия игристая
игристое вино – 1 л,
сок апельсиновый – 200 мл,
апельсин – 2 шт.,
сок лимонный – 100 мл,
персики – 4 шт.,
абрикосы – 2 шт.,
клубника или земляника – 100г,
белый столовый виноград – 100г,
сахар – 300г,
кислота лимонная – на кончике ножа,
корица – ½ ч. ложки.
Персики, абрикосы, клубнику и виноград помойте под проточной водой. Выньте косточки из персиков и абрикосов, нарежьте тонкими ломтиками. Клубнику очистите от плодоножек и листиков, ягоды винограда снимите с грозди. Все фрукты сложите в эмалированную миску, засыпьте сахаром, оставьте на ночь, чтобы фрукты пустили сок. Поставьте на маленький огонь, варите, снимая пену, пока закипит. Выключите, остудите. Повторите операцию еще 2 раза. В последний раз добавьте корицу, лимонную кислоту. Не допускайте сильного кипения сиропа, так как фрукты должны оставаться целыми.
Порежьте апельсины дольками, смешайте с фруктовой смесью, добавьте соки и вино. Поставьте коктейль в холодильник на 4 часа минимум.
