Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- говядина мякоть – 250 г
- горошек зеленый консервированный – 40 г
- яблоки – 40 г
- масло растительное – 20 г
- морковь вареная – 1 шт.
- огурцы соленые – 1шт.
- яйцо – 1 шт.
- картофель вареный – 2 клубня
- майонез – 2 ст. ложки
- сметана – 2 ст. ложки
- молоко – 1 ст. ложка
- соль – по вкусу
- специи – по вкусу
Приготовление:
- Мясо натрите солью и специями, выложите на смазанный маслом противень и поджарьте в духовке. Охладите. Нарежьте тонкими кубиками оставьте часть для оформления.
- Картофель, морковь, огурец и яблоко нарежьте ломтиками.
- Подготовленные ингредиенты соедините, добавьте горошек, заправьте сметаной, майонезом перцем, солью и перемешайте.
- Яйцо взбейте с молоком, посолите, смажьте форму маслом и приготовьте омлет.
- Салат выложите горкой в салатник, сверху положите омлет, оформите ломтиками мяса, яблоками и зеленью.
