Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- тыква – 100 г

- перец сладкий – 150 г
- айва – 100 г
- масло растительное – 100 г
- соль – по вкусу
- зелень петрушки
Пригтовление:
Тыкву очищают от кожицы и семян и нарезают кубиками.
Цветную капусту разбирают на соцветия.
Перец нарезают соломкой, а айву — ломтиками.
Цветную капусту и тыкву панируют в муке и обжаривают в части масла, затем охлаждают.
Айву и перец обжаривают в оставшемся масле, охлаждают, соединяют с тыквой и капустой, добавляют соль и перемешивают.
При подаче салат оформляют зеленью петрушки.
