Салат мясной

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- говядина (вареная мякоть) – 110 г
- картофель вареный – 2 клубня
- соль
- яичный желток – 1 шт.
- каперсы – 6 шт.
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
- уксус 3%-й – 1 ч. ложка
- горчица сухая – 2 ч. ложки
- масло оливковое – 2 ст. ложки
- перец – по вкусу
- зелень укропа
- помидоры – 1 шт.
- яйцо вареное – 1 шт.
Приготовление:
- Картофель, мясо и помидоры нарежьте кубиками.
- В салатник уложите слоями помидоры, посыпав их солью и перцем, затем — мясо и картофель.
- Для заправки яичные желтки протрите через сито, смешайте с горчицей, солью, перцем, мелко нарезанными луком, укропом. Добавьте масло, уксус и перемешайте.
- Салат полейте заправкой и оформите каперсами.
