Салат из репы, капусты и моркови


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • репа – 250 г
  • морковь – 200 г
  • клюква – 100 г
  • мед – 80 г
  • соль – по вкусу

  • зелень петрушки веточки
  • капуста белокочанная свежая – 300 г

Приготовление:

- Капусту зачистите, удалите кочерыжку и нашинкуйте тонкой соломкой.

- Морковь и репу очистите от кожицы и натрите на крупной терке.
