Салат из огурцов с маслинами

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- чеснок – 3 зубчика
- йогурт 3,2%-й жирности – 250 г
- лимон для сока – 1 шт.
- масло растительное – 2 ст. ложки
- соль
- перец
- маслины консервированные – 100 г
- огурцы – 2 шт.
- зелень петрушки – 2 пучка
Приготовление:
- Огурцы нарезают ломтиками.
- Чеснок измельчают (лучше очень мелко нарезать).
- Для соуса смешивают йогурт, лимонный сок, растительное масло, соль и перец.
- Соединяют огурцы, чеснок, заправляют соусом, перемешивают.
- Посыпают салат крупно нарезанной зеленью петрушки и маслинами.
Количество порций: 4
Время приготовления: 15 мин.
