Салат грибной с яблоками

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- лук репчатый – 2 головки
- картофель – 2 клубня
- яблоки – 1 шт.
- чеснок – 2 зубчика
- соль
- перец
- масло растительное – 100 г
- зелёный салат
- грибы маринованные
Приготовление:
- Грибы нарезают ломтиками.
- Картофель отваривают «в мундире», охлаждают, очищают и нарезают кубиками.
- Лук нарезают кубиками и обжаривают в части растительного масла.
- Яблоко натирают на терке, чеснок растирают с оставшимся маслом, солью и перцем по вкусу.
- Все продукты соединяют, перемешивают и подают с зеленым салатом
Количество порций: 4
Время приготовления: 25 мин.
