Салат грибной с овощами

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- грибы свежие (шампиньоны, белые грибы и т.д.) – 300 г
- масло растительное – 100 г, для соуса – 3
- кукуруза консервированная – 250 г
- перец сладкий – 2 стручка
- огурцы соленые – 150 г
- соль
- сахар
- горчица для соуса – 50 г
- уксус 3%-й для соуса – 50 г
- помидоры – 3 шт.
- салат листовой – 2 кочана
Приготовление:
- Грибы очищают, нарезают и жарят в растительном масле 8–10 минут, затем охлаждают.
- Кукурузу отваривают в подсоленной воде в течение 10 минут и то же охлаждают.
- Соединяют грибы, кукурузу, нарезанные дольками помидоры и огурцы, нарезанный полосками перец.
- Готовят соус-винегрет, смешав растительное масло, соль, сахар, горчицу и уксус.
- Салат заправляют приготовленным соусом и сразу подают на листьях зеленого салата.

Время приготовления: 30 мин.
