Рыбная солянка на сковороде
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- камбала (филе) – 500 г
- капуста – 1 кочан
- масло сливочное – 2 ст. ложки
- сухари панировочные – 2 ст. ложки
- огурцы соленые – 2 шт.
- каперсы – 1/2 банки
- маслины – 1/4 банки
- оливки без косточек – 1/2 банки
- сыр тертый – 1 ст. ложка
- лимон – 1/2 шт.
- томат-пюре – 4 ст. ложки
- лук репчатый – 2 головки
- масло топленое – 3 ст. ложки
- мука пшеничная – 1 ст. ложка
- сахар – 1 ст. ложка
- соль – по вкусу
Приготовление:
- Нашинкуйте капусту соломкой, прогрейте с маслом, влейте немного воды. Тушите до полуготовности.
- Нарежьте лук и обжарьте его, в конце добавьте томатное пюре, соль, сахар, посыпьте мукой и тушите до готовности.
- Рыбу нарежьте кусочками, сложите в сотейник, смазанный маслом, вместе с нарезанными огурцами. Влейте горячую воду, так чтобы жидкость покрывала продукты только наполовину. Дайте закипеть, добавьте каперсы и оливки.
- На дно сковороды положите половину тушеной капусты, затем припущенную рыбу с огурцами и соусом прикройте вторым слоем капусты.
- Выровняйте поверхность, посыпьте сыром и сухарями, сбрызните маслом.
- Запекайте в духовке до готовности.
- Готовое блюдо украсьте лимоном, маслинами, оливками.
