Рыба в белом маринаде


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • рыба – 600 г филе
  • мука пшеничная – 2 ст. ложки
  • масло растительное – 5 ст. ложки
  • соль
  • зелень укропа или петрушки

  • уксус 3% – й – 300 г
  • морковь – 2 шт.
  • лук репчатый – 2 головки
  • корень петрушки – 1 шт.
  • бульон рыбный – 2 ст. ложки
  • сахар – 1 ч. ложка
  • перец черный – 2—3 горошины
  • гвоздика
  • лавровый лист

Приготовление:

- Для маринада нарезанный кольцами лук обжарьте на масле 5 минут без изменения цвета.

Положите нарезанные соломкой морковь и петрушку, обжаривайте еще 5–7 минут. Влейте бульон, положите пряности, соль, сахар и тушите 15–20 минут. Затем добавьте уксус и доведите до кипения.

- Филе рыбы посолите, запанируйте в муке и обжарьте на масле с обеих сторон до образования золотистой корочки.

- Переложите рыбу в глубокое блюдо, залейте горячим маринадом и охладите.

При подаче оформите зеленью.
