Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- готовое тесто (дрожеевое или песочно-дрожжевое) 1 упаковка
- масло для смазывания
- сахар 1/2 стакана
- мак 300 г
- мед 150 г
- яйцо 1 шт.
Приготовление:
- Мак промываем, заливаем кипятком (можно молоком), накрываем и ставляем минимум на 1 час, чтобы он запарился.
- Пропаренный мак отжимаем, пропускаем через мясорубку.
- Тесто раскатываем в виде прямоугольника и смазываем взбитым белком.
- Мак соединяем с медом и сахаром, все перемешиваем и выкладываем начинку на тесто.
- Скатываем в виде рулета, верх смазываем взбитым желтком и выпекаем на смазанном жиром противне до готовности (около 30 мин.).
- Рулет еще горячим (но не сразу после вынимания из духовки, иначе пудра растает) посыпаем сахарной пудрой и даем остыть. Нарезаем порционными кусочками и подаем. Можно украсить выпечку свежей мятой.
