- сметана густая для начинки – 300 г и для соуса – 200 г
- семга копченая – 400 г ломтиков
- перец черный молотый для начинки и соуса
- соль для начинки и соуса
- сливки густые – 200 мл
- сок лимонный – 4 ст. ложки
- сахар
Приготовление:
- Взбейте яйца с молоком. Всыпьте муку, размешайте, добавьте масло, замесите тесто однородной консистенции. Оставьте на 30 минут. Раскатайте тесто тонким слоем, выложите на застеленный бумагой противень, выпекайте 10–12 минут. Охладите.
- Укроп промойте, обсушите, мелко нарубите. Сыр натрите на мелкой терке, смешайте с укропом, хреном, солью, перцем и сметаной. Распределите массу поверх теста, чередуя слои с семгой. Сверните рулетом, положите на 2 часа в холодильник.
- Для соуса мелко нарежте укроп. Взбейте сливки и сметану, добавьте укроп, лимонный сок, соль, перец, сахар, перемешайте.
- Рулет нарежьте ломтиками, подавайте с соусом.
