Лимонный щербет

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- Лимон – 1 шт.
- Кипяток- 2 л.
- Сахар по вкусу
- Шафран
Приготовление:
Лимон вымоем, очистим от кожуры, мелко нарежем, убедимся что он не горчит, сложим в миску и зальем двумя литрами кипятка. Добавим сахар по вкусу (но напиток, ни в коем случае, не должен быть полусладким, иначе это будет уже лимонад). Накроем полотенцем и оставим на 8 часов (лучше на ночь). Теперь, возьмем немного шафрана покладем в чашку, зальем кипятком, накроем блюдечком (иначе аромат испариться) и тоже оставим на 8 часов.
После того как лимон и шафран настоялись, перемешаем смесь в миске, сцедим в кувшин через ситечко, чтобы не попали кусочки лимона. Добавим настой шафрана и перемешаем.
Поставим в холодильник охлаждаться.
