Лимонный напиток

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- вода – 1 л.
- лимон – 2 шт.
- сахар – 100 гр.
Приготовление:
Лимоны ошпарим кипятком и обсушим на полотенце.
Далее срезаем (или трем на терке) с лимонов кожуру очень тонким слоем без белой части.
Заливаем холодной водой, доводим до кипения, процеживаем, добавляем сахар и выжатый из 1,5 лимона сок.
Остывший напиток разливаем по стаканы и добавляем кусочки лед.
