Рецепт кофе с лесными орехами

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- кофе в зернах – 100 г
- лесные орехи – 30 г
- вода – 300 г
- эссенция апельсиновая – 2 капли
Приготовление:
- Орехи обжарить в духовке 10 минут при 160 °С. Можно обжарить орехи и на сковороде. Как только орехи приобретут коричневый цвет, смешать их с зернами кофе и измельчить смесь в кофемолке.
- Сварить кофе в джезве или кофеварке френч-пресс, залив горячей водой 2 столовые ложки с горкой полученной смеси и добавив эссенцию.
- По желанию подайте леденцовый сахар на палочке.
