Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- вода – 1 л.
- кофе – 8 ч.лож.
- сливочное мороженое – 4 порции.
- шоколад
Приготовление:
В кипящую воду добавим кофе, доведем до кипения, но не кипятим. Дадим немного остыть, чтоб не был горячим. Нальем на 2/3 кофе в высокие конические стаканы, а сверху положим мороженое и посыпим тертым шоколадом, вставим трубочку. Кофе гляссе готов.
