Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мука гречневая – 1 стакан
- мука пшеничная – 2 стакана
- дрожжи прессованные – 20 г
- масло растительное – 2 ч. ложки
- вода – 3 стакана
- сахар – 1 ст. ложка
- соль – 1 щепотка
Приготовление:
- В теплой воде разведите дрожжи, сахар и соль, постепенно всыпьте гречневую и 1 стакан пшеничной муки, добавьте масло и замесите тесто, поставьте его в теплое место.
- Когда тесто поднимется, добавьте оставшуюся муку, перемешайте и вновь поставьте в теплое место.
- После того как тесто поднимется, выпекайте блины на разогретой и смазанной маслом сковороде.
- Подавайте с медом.
