Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- масло сливочное – 100 г
- сахар – 200 г
- цедра 1 лимона
- яйцо – 6 шт.
- крахмал – 200 г
- мука пшеничная – 200 г
Приготовление:
Размягченное масло разотрите добела с сахаром, добавьте яйца, тертую лимонную цедру, крахмал, смешанный с мукой.
Взбейте тесто в пышную массу, разложите на противень, выстланный бумагой, в виде шариков размером с грецкий орех и выпекайте.
