Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- печенье сахарное – 400 г
- масло сливочное – 300 г
- яйцо – 2 шт.
- сахар – 2 стакана
- мармелад разноцветный – 200 г
- лимон – 1 шт.
- изюм без косточек – 100 г
Приготовление:
- Масло взбейте до пышной массы. Яйца разотрите с сахаром, соедините с маслом, добавьте лимонный сок, изюм, нарезанный кубиками мармелад и измельченное печенье.
- Массу хорошо перемешайте и заверните в пергамент, придав ей форму батона. Выдержите в холодильнике 3–4 часа.
- Перед подачей нарежьте ломтиками и уложите на блюдо.
