Пирожное «Крошка»

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мука пшеничная – 500 г
- сахар – 200 г
- яйцо – 2 шт.
- масло сливочное – 200 г
- сода – 1/3 ч. ложки
- уксус – 1/3 ч. ложки
- варенье – 500 г
- сахарная пудра
Приготовление:
- Муку, сахар, яйца, размягченное (но не растопленное) масло и погашенную уксусом соду тщательно перемешайте до консистенции, напоминающей крошки.
- 2/3 полученной массы выложите ровным слоем на смазанный маслом противень, покройте слоем варенья и посыпьте сверху оставшейся «крошкой». Выпекайте в духовке.
- Готовое пирожное горячим разрежьте на порции, посыпьте сахарной пудрой, охладите и снимите с противня.
