Пирог с куриной печенкой
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- крупных куриных печенок 8-10
- мука 50г
- сливок 80мл
- соль, перец, мускатный орех по вкусу
- чеснок 1 зубчик
- молока 70мл
- рубленой зелени петрушки 2ст.л
- сливочного масла 20г
- томатного соуса 300мл
- яйца 8шт
Приготовление:
Чеснок очистить, очень мелко порубить и смешать с зеленью. Разобрать куриную печенку, проследив, чтобы не осталось ни капли желчи. Пропустить печенку через блендер и выложить в глубокую миску.
Ввести муку, затем 4 яйца (по одному). Оставшиеся 4 яйца разделить на белки и желтки. Ввести в печенку желтки, затем чеснок с петрушкой, добавить 2 ст. л. сливок и молоко. Посолить, поперчить, приправить мускатным орехом.
Смазать сливочным маслом круглую форму для запекания, выложить в нее печеночную массу и запекать 1 ч в духовке на паровой бане.
Разогреть томатный соус в течение 10 мин. на слабом огне, затем добавить в него оставшиеся сливки.
Вынуть пирог из формы, перевернув на круглое блюдо. Полить соусом и подавать.
