Пирог с курицей
Ингредиенты
дрожжи 40 г
луковица 1 шт
морковь 1 шт
перец
сахар 2 ложки
соль 1/2 ложечки
курица 1 шт
молоко 400 мл
мука
рис 500 г
сливочное масло полпачки
яйца 2 шт
1. Из молока, дрожжей и небольшого количества муки замешиваем опару.
2. Когда поднимется, добавляем 2 яйца, соль, сахар, сливочное или подсолнечное масло, муку — сколько «возьмет».
3. Пока тесто подходит, отвариваем в небольшом количестве воды курицу с морковью и луком до готовности.
4. Одновременно отвариваем рис, прибавляем 100 г масла и даем всему остыть.
5. Хорошо солим рис (чтобы был немного солоноватый), разбиваем 2 сырых яйца, перчим и перемешиваем.
6. Тесто разделяем на две части, раскачиваем, первую выкладываем в смазанную жиром форму, даем подойти, вторую накрываем влажной салфеткой.
7. Сверху теста кладем рис.
8. Курицу делим на порционные кусочки и выкладывают наверх. Накрываем сверху тестом, защипываем края, даем подойти. Смазываем взбитым яйцом. Прокалываем в нескольких местах вилкой и печем в разогретой до 180°С духовке до готовности. Можно подавать горячим, есть холодным или разогреть в микроволновке.
