Пирог с черешнями

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- желе вишневое 1 пачка
- мука 7 ст. л.
- сахар для теста 1 ст. л.
- уксус яблочный 1 ч. л.
- яйца 2 шт.
- масло 125 г
- сахар для посыпания 3 ст. л.
- сода 1/2 ч. л.
- черешня 1 кг
Приготовление:
1. Черешню моем, каждую ягоду разрезаем пополам и вынимаем косточки.
2. Замешиваем песочное тесто: сахар и муку растираем руками с размягченным сливочным маслом, добавляем соду, погашенную уксусом, и желтки.
3. Тесто насыпаем на противень, распределяем руками и плотно прижимаем к противню, застеленному бумагой для выпекания.
4. Корж накалываем в нескольких местах вилкой, и ставим на 10 минут в разогретую до 200°C духовку.
5. Корж вынимаем из духовки, выкладываем на него чершню и посыпаем сахаром.
6. Сверху на черешню равномерно выливаем растворенное в половине указанной на упаковке воды желе.
7. Когда все остынет, ставим пирог в холодильник для застывания.
