Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- тесто для пиццы – 300 г
- сыр – 150 г
- бекон – 100 г
- помидоры – 6 шт.
- зелень петрушки рубленая – 4 ст. ложки
- масло растительное – 1/2 стакана
- горчица по вкусу
- соль
- перец черный молотый
Приготовление:
Тесто (смотрите рецепт на сайте) раскатайте в виде лепешки, смажьте смесью масла с горчицей.
Бекон нарежьте тонкой соломкой или ломтиками, разложите на лепешке, равномерно распределите кружочки помидоров, посыпьте солью, перцем и зеленью. Помидоры накройте ломтиками сыра и сбрызните маслом.
Выпекайте пиццу в духовке при 220 °С в течение 20 минут.
