Пицца с овощами

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- пресное слоеное тесто – 300 г
- баклажаны – 1 шт.
- помидоры – 2 шт.
- перец сладкий красный и зеленый – по 1 стручку
- сосиски – 2 шт.
- сыр голландский – 50 г
- майонез – 70 г
- кетчуп – 50 г
- масло растительное – 1 ст. ложка
Приготовление:
Тесто раскатайте в лепешку толщиной 4–5 мм. Посыпьте частью тертого сыра, покройте тонким слоем кетчупа. Края лепешки загните в виде бортика.
Овощи нарежьте круглыми ломтиками. Ломтики баклажана посолите и выдержите под легким прессом 15–20 минут. Рассол слейте. Сосиски нарежьте ломтиками.
На подготовленное тесто разложите слоями ломтики баклажана, затем ломтики красного перца, сосисок, зеленого перца, помидоров. Покройте слоем майонеза. Посыпьте оставшимся тертым сыром. Выпекайте на смазанном маслом противне 25–30 минут при 240 °С.
