Для приготовления вам потребуется:
Для теста:
- мука пшеничная – 175 г
- дрожжи – 1 ч. ложка
- вода – 150 г
- растительное масло – 1 ст. ложка
- соль – 1/4 ст. ложки
Для начинки:
- тунец консервированный в масле – 200 г
- смесь консервированных морепродуктов (кальмары, креветки, мидии, осьминоги) – 150 г
- брокколи – 200 г
- помидоры – 2 шт.
- маслины без косточек – 60 г
- растительное масло – 2 ст. ложки
- сыр твердый тертый – 2 ст. ложки
- базилик рубленый – 1/2 ч. ложки
- орегано сушеное – 1/2 ч. ложки
- перец черный молотый
- соль
Приготовление:
- Муку смешайте с дрожжами и солью.
- В мучную смесь влейте теплую воду, масло, замесите тесто и поставьте его для брожения на 45 минут в теплое место.
- Тесто раскатайте в пласт, выложите его в форму, смазанную маслом, сделайте бортики.
- Рыбу разделите на кусочки. Морепродукты нарежьте.
- Помидоры ошпарьте и, очистив от кожицы, измельчите. Маслины нарежьте колечками. Брокколи разберите на соцветия.
- Брокколи отварите, откиньте на дуршлаг.
- Измельченные помидоры спассеруйте на масле, добавив базилик. Приготовленную томатную массу охладите.
- На тесто выложите томатную массу, затем рыбу, морепродукты и брокколи, посыпьте орегано, посолите и поперчите.
- Сверху уложите маслины, посыпьте тертым сыром, сбрызните маслом и выпекайте 30 минут при 220 °С.
- При подаче разрежьте пиццу на порции.
