Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- творог нежирный – 100 г
- яйцо – 1 шт.
- молоко – 1/2 стакана
- масло растительное – 4 ст. ложки
- мука пшеничная – 1 1/2 стакана
- дрожжи прессованные – 1 ст. ложка
- томатная паста – 2 ст. ложки
- филе копченого лосося – 400 г
- помидоры – 5 шт.
- лук репчатый – 2 головки
- масло сливочное – 3 ст. ложки
- сыр тертый – 4 ст. ложки
- майоран – 1 ч. ложка
- соль – по вкусу
Приготовление:
- Творог протрите, добавьте молоко, яйцо, соль и разведенные в воде дрожжи. Перемешайте, введите просеянную муку и замесите тесто.
- Тесто раскатайте и придайте форму прямоугольника, края теста загните, а середину смажьте томатной пастой.
- Филе лосося нарежьте ломтиками, лук — кольцами, помидоры — кружочками.
- Выложите нарезанные помидоры, репчатый лук, лосось слоями, посыпьте майораном, сбрызните растопленным сливочным маслом и посыпьте сыром. Выпекайте 30 минут при 200°С. Перед подачей нарежьте на порции.
