Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мука пшеничная – 300 г
- дрожжи – 15 г
- вода – 100 г
- маргарин – 50 г
- яйцо – 1 шт.
- соль
- перец
- помидоры – 500 г
- масло растительное – 100 г
- сыр – 50 г
- рыба консервированная в собственном соку – 150 г
- чеснок – 1 долька
- базилик
Приготовление:
Из муки, дрожжей, воды и соли замесите тесто. Поставьте в теплое место на 1 час. Вымесите, добавляя маргарин, яйцо и перец.
Тесто раскатайте в пласт толщиной 1 см и выложите в смазанную маслом форму, сделав бортики высотой 2–3 см.
Помидоры ошпарьте, снимите кожицу, порубите и потушите в масле с рублеными чесноком и базиликом. Добавьте измельченную рыбу, перемешайте и выложите на тесто. Сверху посыпьте тертым сыром.
Выпекайте 20 минут в горячей духовке.
