Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- шпинат – 100 г
- яблоки кислое – 1 шт.
- редис – 4 шт.
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
- яйцо – 2 шт.
- масло растительное – 2 ст. ложки
- уксус винный – 2 ст. ложки
- сок лимонный – 1 ч. ложка
- соль – 2 ч. ложки
- сахар – 1 ст. ложка
- эстрагон – 2 пучка
- зелень петрушки
- салат – 1 кочан
Приготовление:
- Шпинат и салат хорошо промывают и измельчают.
- Яблоко нарезают ломтиками, редис — кружочками, лук — кольцами.
- Смешивают растительное масло, уксус, лимонный сок, сахар, соль и перец.
- Все продукты, кроме яиц, соединяют, заправляют приготовленным соусом и перемешивают.
- Посыпают салат рублеными травами и оформляют ломтиками вареного яйца.
